The notification never arrived
A temporary service error interrupted sending. The saved enquiry stays in the log, and delivery is retried after a confirmed temporary failure.
We connect No Lost Leads to the form on your website. We save incoming enquiries in a log, send you notifications and record the delivery outcome.
If a notification fails because of a confirmed temporary error, the system retries. If an enquiry gets buried in your messages, you can find it in the log.
Your customers contact you on your website. We handle saving and forwarding their enquiries.
A delivery failure, an overlooked message or an incorrect duplicate check can cost your business a customer and revenue.
A temporary service error interrupted sending. The saved enquiry stays in the log, and delivery is retried after a confirmed temporary failure.
An email or message got buried. You can review the enquiry log with your team and follow up with customers who were missed.
Someone contacted you again using the same phone number or email. Our system distinguishes a new enquiry from a technical retry of the same submission.
A saved record of your enquiries and a way to check delivery — even when a notification alone is not enough.
Customer contact details and the message are saved before the notification is sent. The record remains available for later review.
We configure Telegram or email notifications and agree in advance who in your company should receive them.
A confirmed temporary failure does not end the delivery process. The system retries according to the configured rules.
The same contact details do not mean the same order. A new enquiry is saved separately; a technical retry is recognised by its submission ID.
Check delivery status in the log to distinguish sent notifications from enquiries that still need attention.
Export data as a CSV file for Excel or other spreadsheet tools. We agree on access and how you receive the file by email or Telegram during setup.
Visitors use the form on your website. They do not need to visit this landing page or register with our service.
We connect your form to our enquiry storage and delivery system. The integration method depends on how your website is built.

The integration transfers the data. Once received, the enquiry is saved in the log before a notification is sent.
It goes to the agreed Telegram account or email address. The sending outcome is recorded, and a confirmed temporary failure triggers a retry.
Contact the customer using their saved details. Review the list of enquiries with your team whenever needed.
Even if a notification has been scrolled past, the received enquiry remains in the log for the agreed retention period.
Before setup, we ask how long you need to keep enquiries — for example, 30, 90 or 180 days. These are options to discuss, not a fixed period for everyone.
We agree on who may view your company's data and receive log exports. The file can be sent to your chosen email address or Telegram account upon an agreed request.
Daily or weekly delivery and exports for a selected date range can be included as additional setup work. We agree on the schedule and cost in advance.

Alex contacted the business twice about different orders. Both enquiries are saved separately.
Delivery status does not mean that someone has read the enquiry or replied to the customer.
Send us the URL of the page with your form. We will check the integration method and agree on the scope, timeline and price before setup begins.

Connect your formWe configure receiving, saving and delivery, with separate handling for new enquiries and technical retries.
Test the full journeyWe submit a test enquiry on your website, check the saved record and confirm that the notification actually arrives.
On your website, through the connected form. This landing page explains our service. Your visitors do not need to come here to place an order.
Form settings, mail service errors or spam filters can prevent emails from arriving. During setup, we check how your existing form sends submissions. Our system stores each received enquiry before sending a notification and records the delivery result. Confirmed temporary errors trigger a retry; the enquiry log remains available independently of your inbox. Acceptance by the email service does not guarantee inbox placement.
A new enquiry gets a separate record, even if the phone number and email match. A technical retry of an existing submission is recognised by its ID. During setup, we check that your form distinguishes these cases correctly. Our system cannot receive an enquiry that your website rejects before forwarding it.
The log lets you review incoming enquiries with your team and find ones that were missed. The core system tracks notification delivery, not whether someone called or replied to the customer. Follow-up tracking, reminders and CRM integration need to be discussed separately.
The log can be exported as CSV for Excel or other spreadsheet tools. Delivery of that file by email or Telegram on request is agreed during setup. Automatic scheduled delivery and exports for a selected date range are additional configuration work that must be included in the scope.
We agree on retention, export and deletion procedures, and authorised recipients before setup. Access to your company's data is arranged separately. The current dashboard shows the latest 200 records; older retained enquiries are included in the CSV export. If you need to browse a larger archive in the dashboard, we agree on that extension in advance.
A successful send means the connected service accepted the notification. It does not confirm that someone read it or that an email reached the inbox. Confirmed temporary failures can be retried. If the sending outcome is unknown, it needs to be checked before retrying to avoid an extra notification. The saved enquiry remains in the log.
We first check whether your form can forward submissions to our system. The price depends on your website, the number of forms, delivery channels and additional log settings. We agree on the exact scope and price in advance. The service does not promise protection against every possible failure: saving begins once our system successfully receives the enquiry.
